Supervision

For anyone working with children, parents and families.

I’m an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) and Registered Play Therapist (RPT). I offer supervision for anyone working with children, parents and families who wants space to reflect, ask questions and consider their approach. This includes therapeutic, educational, coaching and family support roles.

Who supervision is for

You’re welcome if your work involves supporting children, parents or families. This includes:

  • Counsellors, therapists and social workers
  • Educators and early childhood professionals
  • Parent and family support practitioners
  • Coaches working with children, parents or families

These are examples, not a limit. You don’t need to be a counsellor or therapist to bring your work to supervision.

What we can explore

Bring the situations, questions and moments you want to think through. We can explore what may be happening for a child, parent or family, how you are approaching your work and how your own reactions shape the support you offer.

Sessions can focus on understanding a situation, working with parents and families, navigating boundaries, considering approaches suited to your role and reflecting on your practice. For those working in child and play therapy, we can also explore choosing and adapting play therapy approaches.

Getting started

Book a supervision session to discuss your work and the support you’re seeking with your practice.
